Graduate Program

We look for graduates with degrees in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering. We are also open to graduates from other disciplines who wish to work in the Information Communication and Technology industry.

Our Ideal Graduates

We employ graduates who are bright, enthusiastic and committed individuals first and foremost. Ideally, you will also have:

  • A high academic average
  • Relevant work experience or university project based experience (in development, testing, support or services)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative, ambition, attention to detail, a desire to learn
  • Knowledge/exposure or study in areas such as Unix/Linux, Networks, Java, J2EE, C++, Javascript, CSS, HTML5, Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases will be highly regarded
  • An understanding of software engineering principles (i.e. the software development lifecycle, quality management, etc.)
