John Connaughton leads Unico’s Service Delivery and Program Office nationally and is responsible for providing delivery excellence across project management, integration and support services. John is well known for his structured approach and his ability to strengthen team capability and processes to meet tight customer deadlines and requirements.
With over 25 years’ experience in software development, testing and client support John leverages his extensive knowledge in consultation with his team to ensure a consistent high quality of service that achieves customer outcomes.
Outside of work, John takes comfort from his eclectic taste in music, books and film, and is an avid soccer player. A proud father of four with a cheeky sense of humour, he has a positive can-do attitude and is respected and loved by his wife, family, colleagues and customers.
