Team Manager, Service Delivery and Support
Sasha manages the Service Delivery and Support team, who are responsible for supporting Unico’s mission critical systems in the field.
Since joining Unico in 2004, Sasha has performed a variety of roles including testing and operational support. Sasha is currently the manager of SDS focusing on support improvement and strengthening the relationship with our clients.
Sasha has over 15 years experience in the manufacturing and retail industries, where she developed her strong customer facing and management skills. Sasha is looking forward to building the SDS team in the areas of third party support, onsite support and customer communication.
Her favourite things about Unico are the social activities, sporting events and the flexible working environment.
Sasha holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from La Trobe University.
