Robyn heads up Unico’s Human Resources function and focuses her efforts on making Unico a great place to work. She is responsible for establishing structures and programs that ensure  we work in an environment that encourages integrity, passion and intellect and supports the Unico vision.

Working in consultation with management across the organisation, Robyn and her team support the ongoing professional development of Unico’s talent, employee alignment and engagement, performance management, succession planning, attraction and retention strategies.

Robyn’s background includes over 13 years experience in Human Resources and related fields, predominately focusing on the attraction, engagement and optimisation of talent.  She has held such roles as Executive Manager, Management Consultant, Resource Manager and Recruitment Manager. 

Prior to joining Unico, Robyn held the position of Recruitment & Employer Brand Manager with Crown where she was responsible for overseeing the centralised recruitment function as well as the creation and execution of Crown’s Employer Brand strategy. 

Before her work at Crown, Robyn worked as Executive Manager of Recruitment at Suncorp where she took a lead role in the integration of Promina and Suncorp’s people functions and the subsequent change program.

Outside of work, Robyn enjoys spending time with her young family, keeping fit and indulging her passion for good food and wine.
