Dale is the Financial Controller at Unico, managing a small finance team responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for the Unico Group of companies.

Having joined Unico in September 2009 his focus has been to improve internal financial reporting and support decision makers with financial analysis.

After graduating from Deakin University in Geelong with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Dale commenced his career in finance with Spotless Catering at the Victorian Arts Centre and has since worked in a number of industries including hotels, wholesaling, manufacturing, rural finance and a coffee company where he developed a passion for exceptional coffee.

Outside of work Dale enjoys spending time with his family, cycling and fishing. Expect to find him on the surfcoast beaches or cycling around the Bellarine Peninsula.

Dale is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
