I am fortunate to lead an organisation with a 27-year track record of success, true partnerships with a range of industry-leading customers, and a committed team of IT professionals who get a buzz out of solving difficult technical problems and making a lasting difference for the world.

We’re proud of our accomplishments for all our customers, especially Telstra. Systems we’ve built for Telstra handle 100 million calls per day ─ every call and SMS to a Telstra mobile phone goes through our systems. As a technology partner to Telstra since the 1980s, we’ve helped them to take advantage of successive generations of technology and launch market-leading products and services to reinforce their number-1 market position.

Throughout our history, our customers’ needs, and consequently the services and solutions they have demanded of us, have changed markedly. Whereas once we were focused solely on rock-solid bespoke software systems, today we offer a full lifecycle of services from technical consulting through to tailored support, and a growing range of turnkey business solutions that help our customers to do more with less.
