GRADUATE DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM
To ensure you experience the full breadth of our operations we provide a rotational development plan for your first 18 months of employment. You will undertake work in various departments which span all aspects of the software development lifecycle such as Development, Testing and Operational Support.
At the successful completion of the developmental program we will match your skills, talent and area of career interest with a permanent role in one of the key areas within the business.

OUR IDEAL GRADUATES
Our ideal candidates will be in their final year of a degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics or Telecommunications Engineering and have achieved a high academic average.
Any work experience or project based experience in development, testing or support is preferred.
Knowledge/study in areas such as Unix/Linux, Java, J2EE, C++ and Oracle (or other databases) will be highly regarded. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
A willingness to learn, ability to work well in a team and initiative are also required.
