The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager Enterprise IT Solutions, you will create and manage a network of strategic relationships.  You will identify, qualify and convert leads and opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

You will have an appreciation of Unico’s industry leading capabilities and be able to map clients’ business issues to Unico’s offerings.  You will develop an extensive knowledge base of your clients, including their business profile and key players.  You will establish a trusted advisor relationship with your clients that will lead to future business opportunities.  You will maintain an appropriate level of involvement in client issues requiring resolution.

You will work closely with the Principal Consultants and provide thought leadership in discussing and communicating account strategy.

Your Credentials

To be successful in this role, you will have an established record of proposal efforts that have resulted in contract awards.   With strong consulting skills, you will be adept at business development with a hunter’s approach to closing sales.

You will have superior communication and relationship management skills with the ability to build personal credibility and trust.  You understand the importance of addressing your client’s needs and the internal processes that need to be in place to make that happen.

By using an appropriate interpersonal style, you are able to inspire and guide individuals toward goal achievement.
